The People Behind Swift Fit

The Leadership Team

Lee founded Swift Fit in 2020 after starting his career in tech and banking, often traveling to conferences and corporate events that encouraged unhealthy habits and lacked true connective tissue for employees. A side hustle leading 5K runs with City Running Tours Austin turned into a spark of an idea based on the insight that when people move together, real connection happens. Lee is an Ironman athlete and passionate runner who has completed 45 marathons and lives the motto: feel better, work better.

I started my career in tech and banking, spending years at conferences and corporate events where companies were investing heavily in “culture” but not actually improving connection, engagement, or performance. At the same time, I was running a side hustle with City Running Tours Austin, leading 5Ks that showed me something very different - when people move together and share an experience, real connection happens. And more often than not, companies were looking for exactly that.
That led me to start Swift Fit in 2020 with a simple goal: create in-person experiences that actually make teams healthier, stronger, more resilient, and ultimately more effective. Today, I lead a team of people who are excited by what’s possible and committed to delivering thoughtful, white-glove events that offer a real alternative to the typical, alcohol-driven corporate scene.
At our core, we believe: feel better, work better.Outside of work, I’m an Ironman athlete who’s completed 45 marathons, and I believe life’s best moments are found in the challenge and the climb. I’m passionate about supporting local music, staying active, and spending time with friends and family.
