The kind of connection people want to be part of.

The best event experiences do more than put people in the same room. They give them a reason to interact, participate, and stay awhile. Swift Fit works with your team to design social programming that makes connection feel natural, from interactive activations and styled lounges to elevated happy hours and custom experiences.

Getting people together is easy. Getting them to connect is harder.

Networking can feel forced. Happy hours can fall into familiar groups. And simply adding "networking" to an agenda doesn't guarantee meaningful interaction. The U.S. Surgeon General's Framework for Workplace Mental Health & Well-Being names connection and community as an essential of a healthy workplace, and encourages organizations to include time for non-work connection. Event industry research agrees. Freeman's 2025 research found that organizers often fill a great venue with great food and people who want to connect, then hope connection just happens. Without a purpose, it rarely does.

The challenge isn't creating a social event. It's creating an environment where people want to connect.
Our Approach

We design the conditions for connection.

Great social programming doesn't have to mean forcing everyone into an icebreaker or keeping the entire room on the same schedule.

We think about how people naturally move through an event, what gives them an easy reason to start a conversation, and where energy should build or slow down.
Know Your Audience
We consider who's attending, what they have in common, and what might make participation feel natural.
Create a Reason to Interact
Interactive experiences give people something to talk about, do, or experience together.
Build Natural Gathering Points
Thoughtful environments, lounges, food and beverage, music, and activations create places where people naturally connect.
Give People Choice
Come-and-go programming lets guests participate at their own pace without making the experience feel mandatory.
Built around you

There's no one formula for bringing people together.

Sometimes social programming is one thoughtful activation layered into an existing reception.
Sometimes it's an entire environment designed around connection.

We can build around the event you already have, adding the right mix of experiences, atmosphere, and interaction for your audience.

Interactive Social Moments

Create easy conversation starters with experiences like Aura Photography, Tarot Readings, Blender Bike Activations, and Essential Oil Blending Bars.

Styled Social Environments

Turn an ordinary event footprint into a destination with a Social & Vibe Lounge, curated atmosphere, music, refreshments, and opportunities to engage.

Elevated Social Experiences

Give a familiar format more personality with Elevated Social Hour, combining food and beverage, music, lounge environments, and interactive experiences.

Out-of-Office Experiences

Take connection beyond the conference room with Company Picnics, Guided Tours & Excursions, Fun Runs, and 5K Experiences.

A few ways to get the conversation started.

Swift Fit in Action

Brevo's Social Experience

Challenge
Brevo's Austin people team wanted to give employees a reason to come into the office and connect, without adding event planning to a busy leader's plate.
Solution
A series of in-office social experiences, including a collaborative mural activity and Earth Day blender bikes, followed by a guided food tour for 50 employees from Cooper's BBQ to Güero's, ending with live music at Güero's Oak Garden. Swift Fit handled everything, from the host and transportation to event photography and '70s-themed swag.
Results
Four experiences in four months. The food tour earned a 10 out of 10 from the organizer, who said it exceeded expectations and was "professional, seamless, and delivered on every front."
"It was a lot of fun and seemed to work well! Thanks for your iteration and working on our tight timeline. Lee was wonderful and troubleshot any problems we encountered day of."
— People Operations Specialist, Brevo

FAQ

Can social programming be added to an event we already have planned?

Yes. Social programming can be layered into an existing event without restructuring the agenda or creating a separate production. We can add a single activation, a few interactive moments, or a more complete social environment within your existing event footprint. We handle the staffing, setup, and breakdown, so it works alongside what you already have planned.

Can you create something completely custom?

Yes. We can mix and match experiences, environments, entertainment, food and beverage, branding, and other enhancements to create a concept around your event. We start with your goals, audience, space, and desired energy, then build the right combination rather than forcing your event into a fixed package.

Do guests have to participate?

No. Many of our social experiences are designed to be come-and-go, allowing guests to participate at their own pace. Interactive stations can run continuously throughout the experience, giving guests the choice to engage, explore, gather, or simply enjoy the environment.

Can you work alongside our existing event partners?

Absolutely. Swift Fit is designed to add to your existing event, not replace what's already booked. We can work within established event timelines and alongside your venue, DMC, agency, catering, entertainment, and other event partners.

Do you handle setup and staffing?

Yes. Our team handles the details behind the experience itself, including staffing, equipment, setup, live engagement, and breakdown. Depending on the experience, we can also manage elements such as lounge styling, food and beverage, music, and interactive activations.

What types of events does social programming work for?

Almost any event where connection matters. Social programming can enhance conferences, welcome receptions, happy hours, company celebrations, employee appreciation events, team offsites, sponsor and client events, dinners, galas, trade shows, and more. We can design a light-touch activation within an existing event or create a larger experience from the ground up.
