Heart-Centered Vinyasa
A heart-centered vinyasa practice rooted in breath, inquiry, and joy. This dynamic, upbeat class moves you through intelligent sequences designed to build energy, cultivate awareness, and soften the places we hold tight. Philosophical touchstones guide the journey inward, while breath acts as your anchor throughout. You'll leave feeling simultaneously grounded and expansive - steady in your body, open in your heart.

Luminously Euphoric Flow
This class will be like a wave, slow at first, warming the body and connecting with the breath while listening to the incredible musical stylings of LouLou Ghelichkhani. Then, we will begin moving our bodies a bit faster, while still maintaining intentionality. By building challenge within the body, we find the edge within ourselves where growth happens. We reach the peak of the wave, then begin to slow it back down and integrate the fire we’ve created. Finally, we arrive on the floor for a short guided meditation and awaken anew.

EMBODYED is a therapeutic dance experience. It's designed to help you shake off what you've been carrying and reconnect to the part of you that's been waiting to come alive.Through fluid, expressive, full-body movements, you get to experience the language of your body without judgment and give yourself permission to be full out and free in your own skin. This is where stuck energy starts to shift, where confidence builds from the inside out, and where you remember what it feels like to be completely, unapologetically YOU.No dance experience required, just an open + curious heart.
